For one keyword auto-reply, yes. Meta Business Suite sends an automatic DM when someone comments a keyword, at no cost. It does not capture emails, gate on follows, track link clicks, run delayed follow-ups, or give you an exportable contact list. Any paid tool should be able to explain what it adds beyond that.
