ManyChat pricing can keep increasing as your contact list grows. StarLovin is not priced by contact count: every plan includes unlimited contacts, and Growth is the top plan with unlimited monthly DMs, so there is no higher DM-volume tier after that.

We do not surprise bill you. If you reach your monthly Auto DM limit, additional automated DM sends pause until your next monthly reset or until you upgrade to a higher-limit plan.

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan from billing anytime. Plan changes are prorated automatically. If you cancel a paid plan, access continues through the end of the current paid period.
