Why did my comment-to-DM not send?

The usual causes are: the keyword did not match, the automation is attached to the wrong post, the automation or its trigger is switched off, the Meta authorisation expired or permissions were revoked, a duplicate event or cooldown blocked the send, or Meta's API returned a send error. Check keyword match and authorisation first.
